Our History
In 2012 Nancy Mann decided to form Madexa Search & Consulting firm, after having worked in Downtown Los Angeles for two amongst the top ten firms. This soon to be known as a world-class firm was established on the belief that it should work dedicatedly to provide competitive services.
Nikki soon emerged as a leading recruiter, whose skills and expertise attracted industry leaders who gradually joined this fast expanding team to make the most of their vast knowledge base.
